Employers Terms & Conditions of Business

When a client  employs  a candidate introduced by us, they are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
We offer each client a suite of options to fill their vacancies
These options include-
  1. Provide a matched list of candidates for specific vacancy,
  2. Provide a listing of 3 or 5 or more candidates in order of merit,
  3. Provide one candidate for the job (professionally matched and selected to meet the vacancy criteria) 

Refund of Fees

Where fees have been paid,we will provide a refund,in the event of an employee leaving the employer for any reason,as set out here:
  • employment terminated during or at the end of weeks 1 to 2........75% refund
  • employment terminated during or at the end of weeks 3 to 8.........50% refund
To avail of refund client must notify O BRIEN RECRUITMENT within 14 days of finish date of employee.

Retained Agency

We, at O BRIEN RECRUITMENT,would at any time be very pleased to discuss the possibility of retained recruitment agreements.


We introduce and recommend job seekers to our clients to the very highest standards.  However,we can give no guarantee as to the suitability and integrity of referrals. It is the client's responsibility to carry out whatever checks it considers necessary and prudent regarding any referrals by O BRIEN RECRUITMENT.We cannot be held responsible for any loss howsoever incurred, arising from any candidate referred by us.
